   • The activation of your purchased software.

   • For internal CatchLog operations.

3. Credit details
   No credit card details will be held by CatchLog. They will be help by our merchant gateway E-Way. Please be sure to read their policies on the security of your details.

Security Of Transmission

All details collected by you for the purchase of the software will be transferred to E-Way's secured server for processing. Therefore, all credit card details are secure and encrypted and are not at strong risk of interception.

Export/Legal restrictions

There are currently no export or legal restrictions of the CatchLog line of software.

Definition of Terms

“CatchLog”, “us”, “we” and “our” means CatchLog Trading Pty Ltd ACN 112 505 843.

“CatchLog Perpetual Licence” means the outright purchase of the CatchLog computer program.

“CatchLog Program” means the CatchLog computer program.

“CatchLog Rental Licence” means the rental licence of the CatchLog Program.

“Client”, “Customer” and “you” means the party or parties who enter into this Agreement with CatchLog.

“Default” means the default of payment by you for the CatchLog Perpetual Licence or any default of periodic rental payments for the CatchLog Licence.

“Service” means the service provided by CatchLog to you as the Customer subscribing for the CatchLog Licence.

“Specified Amount” means the agreed rental payment for the CatchLog Licence or the payment in full for the CatchLog Perpetual Licence.
